Martha R. Swirzinski received her Masters Degree in Kinesiology from the University of  Maryland at College Park. Currently, she is a Movement Education teacher in a Virginia preschool; she gives workshops and consults one-on-one with teachers and preschools on  how to integrate action and academics into their classrooms. However, what really keeps her on her toes is her favorite job of being a wife to Michael and a Mom to  Hannah and Ava.

Anita Tieman, Ed.D is a mental health therapist with twenty-one years of experience.  Additionally, she holds a M.Ed. in health and physical education and taught at  the elementary school level for 6 years. Anita enjoys motivational speaking and sees life  through the positive perspective of humor.
